Each visit takes about 60 minutes and follows a 12-point checklist: a full interior inspection, airing, running the heating, air conditioning and hot water, leak, moisture and odour checks, a pest check, flushing taps and toilets, checking the balcony and terrace and clearing leaves from the drains, a visual check of the electric panel, watering indoor plants, collecting mail and starting your car. After every visit Yanis sends you a photo report on WhatsApp.
